The abstract must be structured and include the following headers:
- Introduction and Aim(s)
- Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion(s)
- Keywords: provide up to 4 keywords at the bottom of the abstract
The abstract text should not exceed 400 words. If an illustration (photograph/table/figure) is uploaded for inclusion in the abstract, the maximum allowable word count is 300. Statements such as ‘results will be presented’ cannot be accepted. Abstracts must be submitted in English only.
By submitting an abstract, authors agree to the publication of the submitted information, on the PEth-NET website and in other conference materials such as the congress proceedings. Authors have the choice to agree to the publication of photos and video recordings of their presentations in the name of PEth-NET after the conference by ticking the according box during the submission process.
The Scientific Board will review the abstracts after the submission deadline. On the day of presentation, the Scientific Board will evaluate which submission receives the PEth-NET award for the “Best Presentation” and the “Best Innovation” based on the presented performance and scientific value of the submission.
Abstract submission closes: 30th of June, review estimated to finished until the 31st of July
